| Lovely phase with Apennines cutting across the terminator and the huge craters from Ptolemaeus southwards on the edge. Alt 19, Az 94 | At this hour 02:18 BST, the rising Pleiades were in the same frame. Stars appeared brighter - several constellations in the east glowing despite the higher moon. |

in the SE amongst the security lights Phase: 0.988 |

| Light skies in the south east at 21.30 BST where Jupiter will be riding ahead of the 11 day moon (which will be lurking in the trees for the dark hours!!) | Pink clouds in the sun as it goes down in the west closely followed by Mercury, Mars and Saturn. Nights are drawing in now, Brian, but moon is staying low ;-) |
