Crisium cut vividly in half, Cleomedes too, with dark shadows on their western rims

Moon higher this last half of lunation but, of course, is rising rather late for the Tal

Clouds added to the viewing, very dramatic. One day I might read the instruction manual for my camera and get the moon unblotted out  (but I doubt it!) Alt 18 Az 124 More clouds - and a jet which strayed across .  Blue dot not a saucer, alas - just reflection (I think)

Plenty of clouds about at 21:30UT Cleared around 22:30UT - 10x50 binocs view Moon higher in this phase

Such wonderful offerings!  You'll be glad you logged on!  Sunset with skytrails and the 13 day moon (alt 9) skulking over walls and trees! The Summer Triangle - Vega, Deneb and Altair (alt 44).  Not able to get the Tal out but sky still light at 21.30UT.  Vega very high (alt 74) and bright

Spotted 6 day moon - first this session as clouds roll in from the West.  Can you see it? 20:30 BST - Alt 15 Az 210 - Jupiter not far behind allegedly!

Still reduced to sunsets - Sun at Alt 9, Az 290 Cloud came up from the west!

Moon around 1 1/2 days old -sticking close to the sun as it sets.  Saturn and Mars close by but no chance to see them with the sun still bright as it ducks behind the trees WNW
